Melissa Bird Neighborhood Planning Coordinator - Ward 3   Melissa Bird is the neighborhood planning coordinator for Ward 3.  Prior to joining the Office of Planning Ms. Bird worked in consulting for 7 years and also at the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission in Montgomery County.   Her previous experience includes land use planning, environmental planning and community needs and infrastructure assessments.  Ms. Bird has an undergraduate degree in psychology from UNC Charlotte and a Masters in Community Planning from the University of Maryland College Park.
